The elections of the Officers Club of the Karachi Development Authority are underway in a pleasant, peaceful and democratic atmosphere, in which a large number of officers of the institution participated in full and exercised their right to vote. The voting process is ongoing in a transparent and organized manner as per the prescribed procedure, while full facilities have been provided by the relevant committee and administration to make the election arrangements effective. The officers termed the elections of the Officers Club as a positive step for the promotion of democratic traditions and mutual cooperation within the institution. They said that such elections not only promote institutional harmony but also provide an opportunity for the officers to elect their representatives. The administration of the Karachi Development Authority, while expressing satisfaction over the full participation of the officers in the elections, has expressed the hope that the elected leadership will play an active role for the betterment of the Officers Club, the welfare of the officers and the promotion of institutional activities.
