The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has issued the first token for the auction of commercial plots in Surjani Township, North Karachi Township and Korangi Township. The auction will be held on February 3 and 4, 2026 at the Civic Center Auditorium. Senior Director Land KDA Jamil Ahmed and Director IT KDA Abbas Ali were present at the issuance of the first token. On this occasion, the arrangements for the auction and ensuring a transparent procedure were also reviewed. According to KDA officials, the aim of the auction is to increase the financial resources of the institution and promote commercial activities in the city. All arrangements for the auction have been completed and interested parties can participate on the scheduled dates.
