Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui visited Surjani Township Sector 5 and reviewed the ongoing development works.

‎ Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui paid a detailed visit to Surjani Township and inspected the ongoing development projects. On this occasion, Member Finance Naveed Anwar Siddiqui, Chief Engineer KDA Abdul Samad Jamlani, Senior Director Master Plan Shakeel Siddiqui, Superintendent Engineer Junaid Siddiqui, Director Estate and Enforcement Irfan Yousafzai, and other relevant officers were also present with him. During the visit, the Director General KDA was given a detailed briefing regarding the ongoing development works in Sector 5 of Surjani Township. The briefing informed that the work of construction and rehabilitation of roads, repair and construction of drains and construction of footpaths in the area is going on rapidly, which will be completed within the stipulated time. Director General Asif Jan Siddiqui, while reviewing the quality and speed of the ongoing works, directed the concerned officers to make the construction of roads possible after improving the underground sewage system. All further development projects should be completed to high standards and within the stipulated time so that the residents of Surjani Town can be provided with better travel facilities and improvements in the drainage system. He further directed that there should be no delay in the timely completion of the work and all officers should fulfill their potential in the construction project in the best possible manner. Director General KDA Asif Jan Siddiqui said that the Karachi Development Authority is utilizing all available resources to provide basic facilities to the citizens and the scope of development works in different areas of the city will be further expanded.
