Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui inaugurated the Independence Day and Right Struggle celebrations at the Civic Center.

In early launch of Independence Day and Struggle for Justice celebrations by the Sindh government, Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui, while planning to celebrate the beginning of the month of August and Independence Day celebrations in a grand manner at the Civic Center, said that as per the tradition of the past, full preparations should be made to celebrate Independence Day in a grand manner. DG KDA and Patron-in-Chief People's Labor Union Muhammad Ashraf congratulated the employees, officers and countrymen on Independence Day and paid tribute to the martyrs of the motherland. In a ceremony organized by the People's Labor Union, Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui formally inaugurated the celebrations by planting a sapling in the Sabzazar lawn. Later, DG KDA distributed national flags and badges among the employees and officers on the occasion of Independence Day. Finally, Director General KDA Asif Jan Siddiqui cut a cake on the occasion of Independence Day. DG KDA congratulated the Patron-in-Chief of the People's Labor Union on organizing the ceremony. Senior Director IT Nasir Khan, Director Parks Shakeel Ahmed, Director Master Plan Sheikh Farid, Patron-in-Chief of Labor Union Muhammad Ashraf and other officers were present on the occasion.
