A delegation of All Karachi Real Estate Association United Group met Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Shujaat Hussain. During the meeting, various issues, including joint issues, were discussed in detail. On this occasion, All Karachi Real Estate Association United Group informed the DGKDA about the problems faced by it. Following the policy, he issued orders to the concerned authorities present on the spot to solve the problems identified by All Karachi Real Estate on an urgent basis and to establish stronger links with All Karachi Real Estate Association. The delegation requested to activate the joint committee of KDA and All Karachi Real Estate Association and reiterated its support at all levels for the positive initiatives of DG KDA Syed Shujaat Hussain. DG KDA Syed Shujaat Hussain said that the process of verification of all land related files and complete computerization of records is going on fast. If the above process is completed, the problems related to land will be significantly reduced. He further said that the development work organized by the Karachi Development Authority is going on throughout the city, the development process was stalled in different blocks of Sarjani Town for the past several years, recently the Karachi Development Authority has started road carpeting in the said blocks and The process of laying sewerage system is in progress, which aims to provide basic amenities to the local citizens. During the meeting, DG KDA was accompanied by Senior Director Land Real Andhar, Director Land Asif Raza Chandio, Director Recovery Muhammad Jameel, Project Director Lines Area Shakeel Siddiqui, Chairman All Karachi Real Estate Association United Group Kashif Shah, President Kamran Nazir and General Secretary Rana Saeed was present.
