A seminar was organized on the occasion of International World Heart Day under the auspices of Al-Mustafa Hospital and Welfare Trust. Special Guest Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Shujaat Hussain participated in the seminar. Addressing the attendees at the seminar, DG KDA said that the diagnosis of heart diseases is increasing day by day in the society, which is a cause for concern. To prevent the increase of heart diseases, it is important to provide awareness about heart diseases among the people, for which it is necessary to organize various seminars continuously. By controlling blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol, a person can be protected from heart disease. In case of early symptoms, the doctor should be consulted immediately so that the heart can be prevented from getting affected by timely treatment. Make cycling a daily habit along with light exercise for a healthy life. DG KDA further said that the Welfare Trust has established old age for women Syeda Khatun Jannat Fatima Al Zahra and Old Age for Men Gosha Syedna Ameer Hamza shelter where a healthy environment is being provided to elderly men and women which is welcome. Chairman Al-Mustafa Hospital Welfare Trust Dr. Haji Hanif Tayyab said that human life is the blessing of Allah Almighty, we should take care of our health, while eating and drinking, make three parts of stomach, water and digestion, so that you can live a healthy life. , we should not only talk to the extent but also implement precautionary measures. Sadr Al Mustafa Hospital Welfare Trust Dr. Abdul Rahim said that we have facilities of thalassemia and dialysis center here where free medical facilities are provided to the middle class. Dr. Vance Imam and Dr. Ibrahim Hashmi addressed the seminar and informed about the early symptoms related to heart diseases.
