	An important meeting of officers was held at the Civic Center under the chairmanship of Director General Karachi Development Authority Zainul Abideen Ansari, in which the performance of various departments of the institution, mutual coordination and matters related to pending court cases were reviewed. During the meeting, a detailed review of various court cases under trial in the institution was also taken. The Director General directed that all the concerned departments should continue to fully cooperate with the KDA legal team regarding their pending and recent court cases and provide the required comments, records and other necessary documents in a timely manner, so as to ensure effective progress in legal matters. He clarified that delay should be avoided in any matter related to court cases and the concerned officers should be in constant touch with the legal team while discharging their responsibilities seriously. DG KDA Zainul Abideen Ansari directed the directors of all departments to review their respective court cases and complete the required practical steps in them. The Director General KDA further directed all the directors to submit a comprehensive report containing the progress and practical steps taken in all the court cases related to their respective departments within 15 days, so that the overall situation at the institution level can be reviewed and the future course of action can be decided.
