Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Shujaat Hussain reviewed the beautification works around Civic Center Building. On this occasion, DG KDA said that the obstacles in the beautification should be removed immediately and the beautification process should be completed before the scheduled time, while the dilapidated condition of the manholes on the highway and footpath around the said building. The cover should be replaced immediately and curb stones and paver blocks should be installed for the beautification of the footpath. He issued instructions to Director Parks Shakeel Khan and said that under the civic center flyover, trees should be planted on Takuna Chowrangi and on the sides, while more rare plants should be planted to beautify the greenery in the civic center. Later, DG KD. A made a detailed review of the cleaning and sanitation arrangements of the said building. On this occasion, Director General Syed Shujaat Hussain expressed his satisfaction with the cleanliness and issued instructions to Executive Engineer Civil Building Azhar Abidi and Executive Engineer Mechanical Shoaib for further improvement while removing the unnecessary equipment in the building immediately and building the building. Orders were issued to further increase the security on internal and external. He issued further instructions to the concerned authorities and said that steps should be taken to improve the parking system in the building.
