On this occasion, Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Shujaat Hussain appreciated the services of Tariq Rafi for the institution and said that Karachi Development Authority has lost an experienced and professional officer, Tariq Rafi has contributed to the improvement and development of the institution at all levels.
